Circuit Trail (Intermediate)
- 7:00 AM: Meet at ADNOC near Mleiha
- 8:00 AM: Begin the hike
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Finish the hike
Steep stair ascent beginning the trail, loose rocks, sun exposure, length of trail, exposure to heights.
