And the ECC Adventure Season Pass is designed and tailored specifically for our most active community members who want to make the most of their experience of the region and the incredible community we offer.

As we gear up for the hiking season ahead, packed with beautiful and exciting landscapes all waiting to be explored, your 2025-2026 Season Pass will give you the chance to join 50+ UAE based day-hikes throughout the season that includes weekend as well as weekday hikes.

From Fujairah’s dynamic wadi’s to Ras Al Khaimaih’s breathtaking mountain ranges, we have nearly 40 trails that’s waiting for you to explore with more and more trails added to our repertoire every season.

As an ECC Adventurer, we want you and your friends to come along, explore new trails, and rediscover old favourites that will get you moving and enjoying the great outdoors. It’s good for your body, mind and soul.

An Adventure for the Whole Family

Outdoor adventures are a fantastic way to bond as a family and escape the monotony of the usual routines, distractions, and screens. That’s why we’ve created a pocket-friendly ECC Adventure Pass Season specifically created with your family in mind.

The Family Pass includes to up to two adults and three children and is the perfect package for your whole crew.

With this pass, you can bring the entire family along for each hike creating unforgettable memories together. And if you want to have some quality one-on-one time with each other as a couple or with your children, that works too! It’s all about flexibility and enjoying the adventure in your own way. Choose from our beginner hikes or even intermediate hikes to suit your family’s fitness level and comfort.

Terms and Conditions

• This pass entitles participation in ECC Adventures published local “Day Hikes” at no additional cost throughout the 2025-2026 season.
• As an Adventure Seaon Pass holder you MAY also be eligible for further discounts for events such as  camping, international trips etc., These will be announced when available as the season progresses.
• 2025-2026 ECC Adventure Season Pass is valid from 01 September 2025-30 April 2026 only. However, depending on demand closer to the end of this period we may consider extending the validity until 15 May 2026.
• Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchasing if NO hikes have been attended during this period.
• This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable after the 30-day refund period and/or once ECCA Services have been rendered.
• While ECC Adventures strives to ensure all sign-ups can be accommodated where possible on each hike, participation is subject to availability and pre-determined capacity on a ‘first to sign up, first to hike’ basis depending on the hike/event. This is because your safety is our priority, with a general guideline of 1:10 guide-participant ratio. It also allows us to preserve a well-balanced group size and deliver a more enjoyable adventure for YOU. If available slots are fully booked, further requests will be placed on a waiting list.
• ECC Adventures has the right to cancel any scheduled hike at its discretion, but we will aim to offer you as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation. We are likely to cancel a hike/event if
  • The required number of participants is not met (10 for weekend hikes and 6-8 for weekday hikes). This number may vary depending on the event/hike.
  • Local weather conditions near the hike trail are not conducive for hiking safety.
  • Due to government or local governing body rules and regulations that are announced from time to time.
• While Individual Adventure Season Pass holder can book only for themselves (1 participant/Adult) on a hike, Family Pass allows up to 2 adults and 3 children to participate per hike. However, all Season Pass holders will also receive 10% discount off the original pricing for any friends or family they’d like to bring along on the hike, registered using their Member ID.
• While you have the flexibility to book scheduled hikes well in advance, final details of each scheduled hike including decisions regarding whether a hike will proceed remain at the discretion of ECC Adventures. If a hike is going ahead as planned a WhatsApp group will be created 1-2 days beforehand and those who have signed up will be added to the group and finalised hike details shared through the group. Only the primary participant whose details are attached to the Season Pass will be added. It is the responsibility of the said primary participant to request/add other family members or friends who have signed up for the hike.
• Our trails are mostly in Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah Emirates and will require participants to drive to our designated meet up point closer to the trail. Driving time may take between 1.5-2.0 hours depending on the exact location. If you are looking for transport options, we offer a shared transport service from Dubai (selected pick-up points) at and additional price. Contact us directly for more details. ECC Adventures is not responsible for purchases made without considering travel options to the pre-determined meet up points.
• ECC Adventure Season Pass is a community service offered at a more affordable price point. While the organisers welcome feedback on scheduling, transport, convoying, briefing, guiding, and any errors in trail details or timings, we kindly request that all feedback be communicated respectfully and privately. For those interested in more customised services, we also offer private packages.
