ECC Adventures is an outdoor-recreational program, focusing on encouraging the social aspects between the UAE community through a combination of outdoor trekking, environmental education, and local cultural experiences within the emirate of Fujairah. We aim to serve people of all languages, ages and backgrounds.
ECC’s Vision of Establishing an Immersive Outdoor Rec Program in Fujairah
Connected knowledge is one of the greatest strengths of outdoor education: knowledge that is logically linked to other areas of information that can be related back to a participant’s everyday life. Achieving this helps participants create long-lasting, memorable experiences as well as meaningful relationships. Learning about our relationships with the trails, the local history, and what we are able to find out about ourselves is what makes such collective experiences so transformative.
Our responsibility as guides is to nurture the love of the outdoors. Our aspirations include delivering hard and soft skills in the realm of outdoor adventure activities, bringing a focus on nurturing individual self-confidence through challenging participant’s limits and teaching environmental knowledge and ethics in order to continue preserving outdoor spaces.
